Earn an hourly income while helping those in need.

  • Want to make a difference? There are lonely seniors in your community that would love to spend time with you.
  • Be a part of something bigger? Our team is growing and with your help, we can care for less active seniors.
  • Create a community?  Be part of our social gatherings and activity-based events.
  • Define the way care should be? You know what you want and how you would like to be cared for when you reach the time you are in need of care. Our unique community allows you to help us define this.
  • Have fun sharing your passions?  Find similar interests and can share passions with each other.
  • Choose hours that match your schedule?  Let us know when you would like to work.
  • Do you want to work alongside your spouse or good friend  (one person would work as a volunteer)?  You have the option of working in pairs.
  • Do you want to increase your knowledge about ways to age gracefully? You will receive training and development while working with us.

"Helping others isn’t just a commendable thing to do, it may also extend your life.  A recent study published in the journal Evolution and Human Behavior found that people who occasionally watched and cared for others lived longer than people who didn’t."

What Will I Do As A Care Team Member?

Seniors Caring for Seniors enables a "win-win" for  seniors in need and for those seniors able to be a caregiver as a part-time position.

Here are some of the ways you can play a vital role in helping our less active seniors maintain their independence:

  • Social companionship - spending time with our members in their home
  • Limited Transportation - to and from appointments, meetings, or shopping
  • Home Services - such as simple repairs, errands, and outdoor chores
  • Medical advocacy -  i.e., accompanying members to doctor’s appointments, asking questions, and recording instructions
  • Meal Preparation - prepare healthy meals and snacks
  • Personal Care - assistance with cleanliness and grooming based on client needs

Make some new friends and build great memories.
